I have so many fond memories of visiting the farm as a child. I specifically remember Uncle Dennis’ recliner chair...I repeat, HIS chair. When he would come into the house, I would purposely run to sit in his recliner, knowing that the game of “Who is sitting in MY chair?!” would commence. The giggles and fun loving teasing would fill me up, loving the attention from him.
Rest well Uncle Dennis.
Hugs and love to you Auntie Carol, Shae and Tyla.
Love you xo

I’m so sorry for your loss. I was honoured to be a part of this wonderful, loving family thanks to my stepdad Wayne. They are together now; Wayne and Mom, Rudy and Dennis. No doubt laughing their behinds off. Thinking of you all. Love, Sherry, Ron and Michelle.

I was posted to Gypsumville RCMP from 2005 to 2008. It was my first posting and my first time living away from home. Dennis and Carol took good care of me, always inviting me in for something to eat when I would stop over to have Dennis sign documents. I had many visits at their house and always made me feel like family. Dennis did make me try headcheese and I quite enjoyed it! I always think of him when I see it. I'll always remember the lectures he would give to those deserving, as "The Judge" handed out his decision. Dennis had a heart of gold and I will always remember him.

I remember an instance when I was quite young and Uncle D and Auntie Carol were babysitting us. I had a bad earache and Uncle D sat with me in my room the whole time. He would blow cigarette smoke into my ear to try to help get rid of the pain. Maybe that remedy worked, maybe it didn’t, but it didn’t matter as long as he was there by my side.
RIP Uncle D. ❤️
